The MOBITECH Evangelism Project

As believers, we are mandated to preach the gospel to every soul. The world is changing everyday, so is our way of living and communicating. Every day, nearly one and a half billion people around the world rely on their mobile phone. Increasingly, these mobile consumers are using their phones to keep themselves in touch with multimedia information and entertainment.

The mobile technology has now become part of us; it has become a major way of communication but has also provided an opportunity to accomplish the great commission.

Under the management of The Church of Pentecost Achimota English, this project is aimed at using mobile phone technology to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ to a ll souls. This is supposed to work by using short biblical messages as caller ringtunes so that people who call subcribers will hear a short soul touching message instead of a song.

The objective is to use the mobile phone technology to:

1. Accomplish the great commission.

2. Preach the gospel to every mobile phone subscriber.

3. Motivate and encourage callers to face and overcome the challenges they face in their lives.

4. To offer short prayers to callers.
